Finally manage to plan a family trip with my parents and also my in laws!
Kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

Waited and waited! And we grabbed something good this time. $215.00 from Jetstar. Inclusive of Meals during return flight and luggage! Definitely a good deal! :)

As we only had a week of school holiday, we went for a 5 Days 4 Nights trip. I would say it's really not enough! Shall plan another trip next time!

As there were a total of 15 people, we decided to book 2 MPV instead of taking the public transport since we had olds and youngs with us. Got to know this driver, DAVID through my colleague. He quoted us TWD29,000 (Approx - $1,200) per vehicle for 5 Days 4 Nights including the Airport Transfer. All the hotels / Minsu were chosen by me but i requested him to book as he got a cheaper rate . (Kiasu Auntie here again!) Was glad that he offered to book and pay for us in advance.

Remember the fruit picking voucher that we took from the Taiwan Visitor Association? I send it to my driver and he manage to plan it in our trip, called up the farm and book for us.

For the voucher, we were able to enter the farm and picked 8 to 10 passion fruit back for FREE! Everyone of us had a fun time choosing and plucking! We brought them back and still taste sweet and nice!

This time round decided to let those little monsters see real - life tribe instead of those shown on TV. Hence, planned a 1 night stay at one of the tribe in Taiwan. The Atayal Resort features the rich cultures of the Sediq and Atayal tribes.

DAY 3

Breakfast at Atayal - Cant expect much since its a tribe

But the kids enjoy themselves at the morning amusement park at Atayal.

I had planned DIY pizza for the kids, however it was closed on that day. So instead, the driver suggested that we can go family cycling around the river instead. The monsters were really excited when they heard that!

We decided to check in early this time round as our accommodation for the night consist alot of indoor and outdoor facilities for the kids. And the highlight will be the 5 storey water tunnel which they were looking forward to.

This hotel, i would say is a budget hotel but is located at the heart of Ximending. This hotel is located in a shopping building but with 24 hour security guard on duty. The hotspot is just opposite and alot of eateries around. That's the reason why i chose this hotel beside of it's price.
