10 - 14th March Holiday - Ho Chi Minh

Always wanted to bring our kids to a less developed country, and since Jetstar is having a promotion, we decided to go for it. We paid about SGD130 per pax. :)

Our transport we booked with Vietnam Budget Car Rental.

Pick up from Airport to Airbnb and City Tour till 10pm.
Transport to and Fro Suoi Tien Amusement Park.
Mekong Delta Tour (Including charter of boat)
Cu Chi Tunnel and City Tour
Transfer from Airbnb to Airport

Day 1 - 10th March 2018

As there were a total of 14 people, we decided to book Airbnb ( 4Bedroom Penthhouse with rooftop garden city view) instead of hotel. (We paid SGD782.94 for 14 of us for 5D4N)

And our stay included breakfast throughout. This auntie will cook different dish every morning.

After check in , we went to Ben Thanh Market to eat and shop.

Day 2 - 11th March 2018

Suối Tiên Amusement Park - Label as one of the world weirdest theme park.

The Park is too big and we didnt mange to explore the whole area

The Park also has a crocodile section whereby we are able to feed them. Per feeding cost about SGD Eighteen cents.

The Park also consist of a Water Theme Park.

Night ended with dinner at Den Long. (Recommend by Trip advisor, and its really nice!)

Day 3 - 12th March 2018

Mekong Delta Tour

Spend a day along the glorious Mekong River Delta by bus and boat. Discover a world of beauty at Unicorn Island, travel past stilted houses, and spend some time at a bee farm relaxing with a honey tea.

After that change to small sampan to explore the area.

Change another type of boat to lunch

For lunch, the tour guide recommended us to eat this special type of fish.

Thereafter, change to horse cart to visit the coconut factory.

Ended the day with Seafood Dinner at Ben Thanh Market

Day 4 - 13th March 2018

Cu Chi Tunnel and City Tour

Departing for Cu Chi Tunnel Tour from our place. Around 8:40AM Arriving at Cu Chi tunnels (Ben Dinh) and proceeding to an underground hut to watch a short video and presentation about Cu Chi tunnels before having a real hand-on experience of what it took to live in the tunnels.Afterward, test tasting the steamed tapioca root which is the main staple food in Cu Chi during the war. For those interested, there is an opportunity to fire off an AK47 or MK16 with real ammunition at the nearby shooting range.
