4D3N Malacca Trip 15th to 18th June 2017
It's School Holiday! We planned a 4d3n trip to Malacca for our annual family trip.
As usual we book a van for 13 pax of us to fetch us to and fro Malacca. Our driver is really cheap and good. Do message me if you guys are interested to book a van, be it 7, 9, 13 or 18 seaters to Malaysia.
15th June (Thursday)
First pick up my parent in law at 6.30am then to our place and we headed to Malacca.
Driver fetched us to a nearby coffeeshop at Johor for a simple dim sum breakfast.
After 3 hours of ride, we finally reach Malacca.
Our Hotel - Swiss Heritage Hotel Melaka
Cheap Budget hotel with a very good location. Less than 5 mins walk from the back door, you will reach Jonker Street with all the eatries, night market etc.
We booked a Family Deluxe Room with two queen bed at SGD315 for the 3 nights including Breakfast.

After that, we headed for lunch. Recommend by many bloggers. we decided to give it a try too.

I fully understand Malacca is a place full of nice foods. After eating the above, we went for dessert.
We feel that the Cendol is average only. Never really WOW us. LOL!

This is the Favorite place for my house that old man. He simply love the Herbal Lamb Soup. An affordable and nice Hainanese restaurant.

16th June (Friday)
Breakfast provided by the hotel - thumb down. LOL
And so we decided to try their chicken rice at Jonker Street.
For our transport in Malacca, we use GRAB! And so lucky they were having promotion during the period we were there. RM6 off ! So we ordered two 6 seaters cars everytime. And the fare was roughly RM6 to 10 per trip. So eventually, we got to sit FREE ride a few times.

While we were on the way to the Maritime Museum, we passby a train!

18th June (Sunday)
Submarine Museum

The kids had a fun time exploring the Submarine. We had tons of questions from them!
Lunch before heading back to Home Sweet Home.
